Reunion weekend is here!
We’re only days away. Here’s everything you need to know before you head to the fields and join us for the weekend.
📱 First things first: Join the Harvard Ultimate Alumni WhatsApp
Whether you’re coming this weekend or not, we’d love to have you in the Harvard Ultimate Alumni WhatsApp group.
We’ll use it for live updates and logistics throughout the reunion weekend, but the bigger idea is to keep it going long after Sunday — a place for Red Line, Quasar, and Harvard Ultimate alums across generations to stay connected, share updates, and keep the community going.

Coming this weekend? Definitely join — this will be the best place for real-time updates if anything changes.
🥏 What to bring for Saturday
Bring a dark and light jersey, cleats, and water. Consider bringing a disc, a camping chair, or snacks. We’ll have bagels, fruit, and coffee to keep everyone fueled.
We have all of Cumnock Fields (see map below) for the day, so there will be plenty of room for games, throwing, catching up, and whatever other forms of Ultimate-related fun emerge.
✨ Saturday night dress code
Casual, but festive. Interpret accordingly.
Registered attendees will receive their unique Treehouse QR code via email on Thursday. Keep it handy — you’ll need it for entry Saturday night.
👧 Bringing kids? Absolutely.
Kids are welcome at the fields and at the Treehouse. And for the next generation of Red Line and Quasar players, captains Amelia Heller ’27 and Jesse James ’27 will be running a Youth Clinic starting at 10:00am Saturday.
During the afternoon, we’ll also have arts & crafts, bubble wands, and a disc golf basket for the kids.
For kids registered for the banquet, Treehouse will also have complimentary chicken tenders and pasta.
🚗 Where do I park?
Cumnock Fields: Enter through the gates by Soldiers Field, drive past the track, and continue toward Beren Tennis Center, where parking is available. If you arrive later in the day, you may be required to pay. We’ve been told rates could range from $10–$30, with $10 the likely Saturday rate.
Treehouse: Parking is available across the field at the Soldiers Field Garage. Parking details here.
🙋 Still not registered?
We got a little last-minute flexibility from Treehouse. If you’re hoping to make it and haven’t registered, reach out to Dennis or John and we’ll see what we can do.
